Do you deliver to Europe/America/Africa/Australia/Etc?
Of course we do! There will be a little extra fee for the postage but we can deliver all over the world!
I've ordered the wrong size, can I change my order?
You can so long as you let us know as soon as possible, there's usually 48 hours between getting an order and that order being dispatched; so as long as you get to us within that time we can sort you out.
I've got my order and it's the wrong size/colour/design to what I ordered help!
We're really sorry if we send you the wrong order! If it really is our fault we will pay for you to send the wrong item back to us and will send you the right one for free as quickly as we can.
I've got my order but I've decided I don't like/want it, what should I do?
You must send your item back to us within 28 days and so long as it's in perfect condition we will refund you your money; minus the origianl postage cost.

YES! At Dead Giraffe we are always looking for fresh new acts to support and for those fresh new acts to represent Dead Giraffe; we love making new friends!
My shop/webstore would like to stock Dead Giraffe, would that be possible?
The answer to this is yes and no. We would love nothing more than to see Dead Giraffe in every store in the world but realistically we are only a small business at the moment so we have to be quite picky with who stocks Dead Giraffe. More often than not the answer will be "yes of course we would love to work with you" but just drop us a line here with your interests and we can see where it goes from there.
What's with the name? I mean Dead Giraffe? What is that about?
That is a very long story! It all comes from a joke that we had in university halls; I think that's all I'm allowed to say!!
